Asking Opinion is to ask other people's opinions on an issue.
Giving Opinion is to express an opinion on a matter or issue.

Inggris untuk meminta dan memberi pendapat. Meminta atau memberi
pendapat adalah dua hal yang cukup sering dilakukan dalam percakapan
sehari-hari. Berikut contoh-contoh ungkapan umum untuk meminta dan
memberi pendapat
